how would I open up a bath and body works?

I live in a town that is about 2 hours away from any big mall, we have a small it has about 50-60 stores in it.. There is a vacant store that would be perfefct for a bath and body works. My uncle is willing to help me open it... (he owns a mercedes dealer ship in California) So, how would I go about doing it? We havn't talked about what I wanted to open, he just agreed to help me open a store... I was going to go with Victoria Secret.. but I changed my mind, and want to do B&BW.
