I joined Instant Paid Surveys -they took my $ but did not give me member info-need to know how to reach them

I paid the fee, rec'd the payment approval and nothing else. Thier website only contains a link to pay not to get to member area. I have tried their support sight (support@instantpaidsurveys.co... 4 times with no answer.
