I am a 22-yr old femal Mississippi Resident...?

interested in obtaining a federal grant to open a convenient store. With this grant I hope to purchase 1-2 acres, lay a slab, build and furnish a metal building, install 2 gasoline and 1 deisel pump, obtain all proper permits and vendors and put gravel out in the drive areas. Can anyone point me in the right direction (for obtaining the grant, AND finding where i would go to apply for gasoline and deisel permits/tanks/pumps)?
